Brandon Flowers did a solo performance to promte his album Flamingo at this year's Coachella music festival. He had two back-up singers supporting the show, which included a detailed explanation about how 'Magdalena' was inspired by a pilgrimage to Mexico and a personal journey he had while there.
He did a cover of Kim Carnes’ 80's radio jam “Bette Davis Eyes” wasn’t too different than the original, before bringing out Dave and Mark from Killers on stage. Most of the show was muddled by raging, screaming fangirls who welcomed Brandon and his good looks to Coachella in a frenzy.
